Established in 2012 we are a Hawaiian family owned and operated small business on the island of Kauai. Starting as a retailer of candies with bath and body while serving coffee and ice cream we realized in our first year of operation we wanted to create our own sweets. We started off with baked treats like brownies and cookies and then expanded into a caramel line. 

Hand cut and wrapped in the beginning; our caramels could be defined as a labor of love. Incorporating Hawaiian flavors like guava and pineapple with of course the well-known salted caramel our line consists of 8 flavors with a seasonal flavor available at different times throughout the year. With their popularity rising we took a shot at wholesale and acquired an original candy wrapping machine from the 1920s in the year of 2017. Today you can find our caramels in 30+ locations in the state of Hawaii and shipped throughout the country!

While we pour our heart into our shop, we have always had the goal to keep it small. You can find our one retail and commercial kitchen under a single roof located in Kauai at the historical property of Kilohana Plantation. Today we only carry what we create within our own four walls. From our caramels to caramel dipped apples, chocolate covered caramels and chocolate barks, with chocolate covered pretzels and some fun collaborations with other local businesses.
